Exchange Programs Promote Understanding,Link Principals

Abstract

International exchange programs are of great benefit to educators in both countries. A group of U.S. principals' recent visit to Germany helped us become part of an international learning community and dis cover that professional concerns matter more than the name of the country on our passport.
