What can be done to curb Asian gang activities and to identify potential mem bers? What can school administrators do to involve more Asian youth in leader ship and citizenship activities and to prevent dropouts? To better understand how to deal effectively in reducing Asian youth involvement in violent gang activi ties, as either victims or perpetrators, it is important to understand the historical perspective of the gang activities.
