The issues and demands facing princi pals and their schools now and in the years ahead are increasingly complex. The "Superprincipal" tries to be every thing to everyone. To overcome the "Superprincipal Complex, " principals must become experts in shared and informed decision making. The authors provide a framework for principals to expand and integrate their knowledge into this consultative mode.
