Changing the School Environment To Increase Parent Involvement

Abstract

Mounting concern about the rapidly changing social/tech nological world, accelerating at an unpredictable pace and in unpredictable directions, has refocused attention on the adequacy of public edu cation to meet demands for a competent work force and citizenry. What is needed is external restructuring to pro mote parent involvement.
