Substitute Teachers Can Manage Their Classrooms Effectively

Abstract

Principals do not always have the time to prepare substitute teachers to man age their classrooms effec tively and, therefore, ensure continuity of learning while the regular teacher is absent. This article, which presents several classroom manage ment skills, may be offered to substitute teachers as a form of inservice training.
