Abstract
Evaluation is a continuous process in the American educational system and often puts both the evaluator and evaluatee in a quandary. Too often there are nonexistent guidelines, more subjectivity than objectivity, and often the lesson is “an act” put on by those being evaluated rather than an actual teaching experience.
