This article is an adaptation of the Center for Policy Research in Education's Policy Brief reporting William Clune's study, "The Imple mentation and Effects of High School Graduation Requirements: First Steps Toward Curricular Reform."
William Clune is a professor in the law school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is associated with the Center for Educational Research, also at the University of Wisconsin.
