Abstract
This article describes a comprehensive behavior management system (CBMS) that provides a professional base for school programs and long-term teaching effort directed toward the systematic production of responsible citizens. It explains how schools can facilitate a positive behavior management philos ophy and behavior management goals by establishing an appropriate administrative structure and observing profession al standards in the training of principals and teachers.
