Having worked for several years with three Wisconsin school districts—Ashwaubenon, Cedarburg, and Milwaukee—the au thor describes the metaplan that emerged for developing dis trictwide improvement plans. He presents a completed plan to clarify the process. The participating school districts welcome inquiries.
