Abstract
Everyone experiences frustrations. Most people accept them and cope the best way they know. One school system, however, decided to bring them out into the open; the hope of board members and administrators being that once there was understanding about each other's expectations and desires, they could more quickly and successfully handle other district challenges. The author describes the situation in detail, believing that much of it is applicable to other school districts.
