Abstract
One of the best communication tools for principals is the building-level publication. Unfortunately it also is a frequently overlooked tool. The usual reasons for not producing such publications are "not enough time," "no personnel," and "high cost." But none of these is valid if the school principal is committed to communicating with parents and the community. Suggestions for publications and points to consider in developing publications are provided here.
