Developing a Staff Evaluation Program

Abstract

Staff evaluation is a high-interest area for all mem bers of the school community. Since there is no definitive research that lights the way to a "perfect" evaluation system, the task of devising or modify ing a plan falls upon the shoulders of the local school administrator. Herman's guidelines and checklist may provide some assistance in this endeavor.
