Student Use of Unscheduled Time

Abstract

Aware that the concern of many administrators contem plating modular flexible scheduling is how effectively students use their free time, the author describes a study to learn whether this concern has any basis in fact. His conclusion: the advantages of more free time for the student outweigh the disadvantages.
