Nearly every school has its share of Freddie B's-angry, unsuccessful, abusive, truant-candi dates for custodial or penal institutions upon reaching adulthood. Few schools know how to handle or help their Freddies. But the Oppor tunity School in the Sacramento (Calif.) Unified District has made a good beginning. Here is a detailed description.
