Abstract
The inquiry method is full of dynamite for the administrator. For example, in at least one case a project was halted because of negative community reactions. To cope with such reac tions, the administrator must know what is be ing taught, have a procedure for handling com plaints, and be prepared to support his teachers in their pursuit of academic excellence.
There are many other problems, all touched upon here.
