Abstract
"Negro history advocates put the most empha sis on an integrated, balanced presentation of information in the hope that interracial rela tions will improve and racial identity will emerge. Black consciousness advocates convey information, but couldn't care less about inter racial relations. They are after instilling pride, dignity, and racial awareness."
