Abstract
"Most young people see law in terms of crim inal law. All too often the true significance and beauty of an ordered society are not appreciated. Their attitudes towards society are formulated around the very thing which goes against the grain of the adolescent years-authority as rep resented by the do's and dont's of criminal law. We, then, as educators, are accordingly obligated to nudge criminal law... into its appropriate place in the overall legal system and governing scheme. It must be taught as a part of the system, but not as the entire system."
