Abstract
Project Interchange: a cooperative venture be tween the National Education Association and the U.S. Office of Economic Opportunity. The immediate purpose: to provide a crossover and interchange of approaches, philosophy, and tech niques between public schools and the Job Corps. The ultimate goal: to help disadvantaged young people continue their education and lead fuller, more productive lives.
