Abstract
"As a group, the audiovisual specialists in the [exemplary] team teaching schools were not released for a sufficient time to provide ade quate services for team teachers and students. Only one school provided for a full-time AV specialist." So goes an assessment of the efforts being made to provide audiovisual media in even the most forward-looking schools. Mr. Moreland, through revealing the results of a recent study, convinces us that audiovisual media are not being employed to education's greatest benefit.
