Abstract
All the people named in this spoof of the grant- getting system are, of course, fictitious except Irving Goldberg. Mr. Goldberg, at this writing, is the Acting Assistant to the Secretary for Public Affairs of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. He has very graciously contributed not only his name but also a num ber of the parodies used here.
