The Many Dimensions of Large-School Administration

Abstract

A cooperative relationship among the members of a school's staff, a long-recommended condi tion, is now imperative if our large high schools are to be living and adaptive organisms. Co operation may be spoken of eloquently and ab stractly, but the quite specific efforts that a particular school system is making to achieve this condition are equally moving testimony to the feasibility and effectiveness of cooperation as the basis of school organization and admin istration.
