Abstract
This article and the following article pertain to the St. Paul Devel opment Program and the Hamline University Class Plan. This Manchester and Runquist article involves a study of grouping as a technique for stimulating intellectual achievement of students in the 9-12 grades in all St. Paul public secondary schools.
