Abstract

DUE to the large number of participants on the program of the Con vention, the Proceedings will appear as two volumes. This issue of THE BULLETIN is the first volume. It includes the Proceedings of the Discussion Groups held on Monday and Tuesday afternoon and the first Wednesday morning Discussion Group.

The April issue of THE BULLETIN. as the second volume, will contain the Proceedings of all the General Sessons, the Business Meeting, the Annual Financial Report of the Association, the balance of the Wednesday morning Discussion Groups, and such other activities of the Convention as they occurred.
