High-School Acceleration and Graduation in Wartime

Abstract

This report, issued by the Maryland State Department of Education to all secondary schools in the state, is the result of a co-operative effort on the part of many members of the State Department of Education, including E. Clarke Fontaine, James E. Spitznas, and Wilbur Devilbiss, High-School Supervisors; and R. Floyd Cromwell, Supervisor of Educational and Vo cational Guidance. The report is the result of conferences with superintend ents of schools and principals of high schools.—Editor.
