Abstract
Although many teachers are interested in earning a master’s degree, most have schedules too crowded with professional and personal obligations to accomplish that goal. This article describes the MTL program, including recruitment, admissions, and teaching techniques, and explains how it helps teachers develop professionally while functioning in the real world.
