So Many Initiatives,So Little Time: Sustaining Change in an Urban High School

Abstract

Schools across the United States have attempted restructuring and reform efforts that increase achievement, ensure student success, and personalize learning. This article describes the author's observations of changes instituted at one high school and the four factors crucial to successfully sustaining the change.
