Research and evaluation that includes study of psychosocial variables have generally not systematically studied the construct validity of the measurement of the variables. This study investigates the measurement of selected theoretical constructs and data reductionprocedures related toperception and satisfaction dimensions of dental problems, self-care behaviors, and dental services.
