The above article that appeared in issue 38:3 of Evaluation & the Health Professions has underlines under certain texts on page 425 and 427. These underlines were placed in error and have no significance to the text.

On page 425, lines 7-9, for the text that reads “…by the nurse aide, who checked for physicians’ self-corrections in prescriptions and requests for laboratory or radiographic tests in the outpatient clinic” should not have been underlined.

On page 427 lines 8-9, for the text which reads “However, there may be a level of workload that could impair performance but which has not yet been reached by two thirds of participants.” should not have been underlined.
