Abstract
This paper presents research designed to investigate the relationships between dimensions of organizational climate and productivity and satisfaction. Subjects in the study were 153 section foremen working in five different underground coal mines. Results indicate that there is a positive relationship between the climate dimension "organization of work" and productivity. Also there is a positive relationship between "supportiveness" and satisfaction. Implications for 0. D. practitioners are discussed.
