Abstract
Most executives agree that effective communication is essential for the successful performance of organizations. In fact, it seems clear that communication is the key to all interpersonal activity. Communication is the process for conveying meaning from one person to another or from the formal organization to the individual employee. Communications from the organization are the essential ingredients in the formation of individual role expectations, better known as "sent roles. " [9, p. 15]
