The following error has been identified in Table C.109, p. 280:
The value of the absorbed dose per unit activity administered to the urinary bladder wall for the 1-year-old child after oral administration of 131I-iodide should be 1.3E+00 mGy MBq−1, not 1.3E-01 as was originally stated.
