Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the job roles in which practicing rehabilitation teachers are engaged and to determine how these job roles differ across settings. Factor analysis was performed on the ratings given by 209 respondents to 115 job task items to identify job role constructs. Three factors were identified: Teaching Activities, Case Management Activities, and Professional and Administrative Activities. To determine whether job roles differed across instructional settings, a MANOVA. was performed. It was found that although the Teaching Activities job role did not differ between the instructional settings, both the Case Management Activities and Professional and Administrative Activities job roles did.
