This report gives the results of a survey concerning electronic travel aids (ETAs) and frequency of use. Respondents, who had been trained to use ETAs three to five years before the survey, were questioned to determine whether ETAs were still useful to them. The report compares results of other surveys and gives the pros and cons of ETAs from the observations of users.
