After reviewing the general principles of psychodramatic group psychotherapy, the author provides a descriptive analysis of the first six sessions of a psychodrama group for blind psychiatric patients that was initiated recently at Saint Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, D. C. He also offers suggestions for using action methods with such patients.
