Abstract
Housing for the rehabilitation clients of the Cleveland Society for the Blind is provided in an adjacent apartment building. The trainees are expected to apply the skills they learn at the agency to the problems of daily life encountered in maintaining their own apartment, interacting with sighted neighbors, and functioning in a typical neighborhood and community. A resident counselor is present to provide guidance and aid when necessary.
