Abstract
Effective programming, operationally defined, leads to positive results. In education this means that the teacher must be aware of the concept of the program as it relates to the role of the teacher, the construct of the program and how it affects activities, and the content of the program as based upon the needs of the child and in terms of the concept and construct. It is of utmost importance to document activities so that the program can be evaluated to determine whether it is meeting its goals and objectives.
