II the Dilemma in Training Mobility Instructors

Abstract

This article was written prior to the publication of the report of the mobility conference, which appears in condensed form in the preceding pages. The author wishes it understood that this paper was written without reference to the conference and without knowledge of its deliberations; and that it should not be seen as a critique of the conference nor as a challenge to its findings. It is merely an expression of a point of view arrived at independently by a single individual.—Ed.
