Abstract
[It is in accord with New Outlook purposes that we receive and publish reports, views and plans of the several specialized sections of the major national organizations in work for the blind. A tangible liaison has been established with the American Association of Workers for the Blind which is intended to facilitate the channeling of such material to the New Outlook through members of its editorial board. The present report originated in Group G of the Association, composed of educators in schools and classes for the blind.–Ed.]
