Abstract
Editor's Note.—The bill providing for pensions in the state of Ohio, as printed on page 101 of this volume (July, 1908), was decided by the attorney general to be defective, as was the 1904 law. The following amendment was passed shortly after the passage of the 1908 bill to make the law constitutional.
