This paper draws attention to certain features in motivation and in structure regarding methods of estimating radiant exchange in a room as reported in a recent article. Many results prove to be independent of choice of surface temperatures. Some simplified methods amount to transforming a surface-to-surface pattern of exchange to a surface-to-star point pattern.
