Abstract
The problem of the individual's socialization as a permanent complex process, during which exogenic factors (social, political, cultural-ideological) become part of hierarchically arranged regulating systems of personality, is a relatively frequent subject of psychological research. Personality, intellectual, emotional and social development in relationship to various socialization factors have been intensively studied over the past 50 years. There is hardly a problem that has been disregarded. However, in spite of that fact, relatively little attention has been paid to some questions, in contradiction to their significance.
