A workshop format generated growth concepts with a cross-section of profes sionals from a small Oregon community. They were invited to explore ways to improve their working interaction as a community team. Techniques draw from Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Role Playing concepts served to enhance the learning process. The limited duration of the workshop prevented full growth of a 'community team.' However, emerging trends as noted by the Group Perception Inventory suggested new communication and attitudinal new works.
