A worldwide process of defining the psychological rights of the child has been initiated. At the Third International Colloquium in School Psychology in York, England, this July, a Declaration of the Psychological Rights of the Child will be passed. This article discusses plans for disseminating information about these Rights and for implementing programmes which will improve psychological conditions in children.
