Abstract
The search for a practical index oftrichlorethylene exposure must take into account its degree of narcotic activity in turn related to air concentration. Trichloracetic acid level in urine provides a useful means of assessing exposure and it can be related to trichlorethylene in air. A small investigation of this relationship has been carried out on two continuously exposed subjects.
