On page 257 of the above article, Shillcutt et al. paper is incorrectly cited as saying that there was a total cost effectiveness of 6.39$/DAY averted. The paper actually states that 6.39 DALYs were averted per patient at a cost of$499.33, giving an incremental cost-effectiveness of$78.18/DALY averted.
