Abstract
Union Carbide Corporation has developed the unique NIAX® polymer polyol E-701 which improves the storage stability of the chain ex tender/polyol blends. The improved stability allows blends to be stored without significant phase separation of the liquid chain extender prior to use. Data are presented which compare the storage stability of ethylene glycol in this unique polymer polyol versus other polyols and polymer polyols.
