Abstract
This experiment examined differences in the effects of feedback on the disjunctive reaction time (RT) of introverted and extraverted delinquents and non-delinquents. The Junior Eysenck Personality Inventory was administered to delinquent and non-delinquent Ss who were then assigned to feedback and non-feedback conditions such that the mean E scores and mean chronological ages of the Ss in the two groups were equal. Each S was given 98 RT trials and his reaction time was recorded. The data on the E-1 dimensions and RT was collected, the mean RT scores were entered into a 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 analysis of variance. Significant main effects were attributable to delinquency conditions, feedback conditions, and blocks of trials. In addition, a significant delinquency conditions x E-1 interaction was obtained.
