Abstract
An intellectual, scholastic, and vocational assessment of the NGRI acquittees housed in the Illinois Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities was undertaken. In addition, age, sex, race, education, and type of crime were assessed. The results were analyzed. These findings and their implications in setting up a vocational training program for the NGRI are discussed.
