This paper illustrates the application of Williams' design to bioequivalence trials. The replicated and variance-balanced crossover design is briefly outlined. Statistical methods for analysis of a Williams' design are discussed. Results are presented from a single dose/multiple doses study for assessment of bioequivalence.
