Abstract
The amount of technical and business information available to industrial and academic users has increased significantly over the years and is going to continue to grow at a rapid pace. To help researchers effectively access this ever-increasing volume of information, it is necessary to deliver timely information quickly, in an appropriate format, and ideally, directly to the users. This article discusses the practice of value-added information delivery to the users' desktops in a pharmaceutical company.
